Christin was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She has
always attended school in Manhattan because her parents felt like it would be
safer for her If she was closer to most of her family. She's currently a 10th
grader at New Design High School and Is 14 years old. Her current interests are
writing poetry and photography. Now that school has started she spends less of
her time playing video games and more of her time hitting the books. Growing up
she always spent her time taking pictures. She likes finding the background
behind each and every picture even if she sometimes makes them up herself. She
likes to think there's a story behind them all. After graduating High School
she would like to attend college, still unsure of what career she wants to pursue
she still has at least 3 years to find that out.
Shayna was born, raised and still lives in the Bronx. She is
15 years old and she is a 10th grader currently attending New Design High
School. She's mostly interested in photography. Her uncle inspired her to start
photography because he is a professional photographer. She started taking
pictures when she was very young and she still does to this day, in and out of
school. She feels that you can capture and keep many memories by just snapping
a quick photo. She also thinks that you can learn a lot from just one photo.
Ever heard of the saying "A picture speaks a thousand words." She
plans to have a career involving photography. While she is trying to pursue her
dream of being a photographer, she is also striving for a college degree. Since
she started school her mom and dad have always told her that graduating from
high school and going to college to get her degree are the most important
things she needs to be successful and have the life that she wants. Her most
important goals in life is to be successful, and make her family proud.
